Cuckoo clock as expected

Difficult to understand the instructions still experiencing difficulties in turning the cuckoo coo off during the night Instructions a little ambiguous. Disappointed to find it was made in China unfortunately what isn’t! Also requested a copy of the guarantee. Contacted Widdop who advised to contact yourselves. Would you kindly forward one. Many thanks, Stewart Newton
