How long do I have to return my item?
You may return your item within 60 days of the day of delivery.
What can I return?
Any item that is new, unopened, and still has tags attached/original packaging.
How do I return my item?
- Include a note of;
- Name
- Delivery Address
- Order number (found in your order emails)
- Reason for the return
- Pack the item up as received including a copy of the note (please include the details as a note and not written on the packaging as this can be covered by additional carrier labels in transit)
- Return the item to;

My item is faulty/defective?
We are sorry to hear there is an issue with your order.
Please send an email over to hello@aspenofhereford.co.uk, letting us know if you would prefer a replacement or a refund and we will get it sorted for you!
When will I get my refund?
All refunds are processed in 2 working days of delivery of the item.
Can I exchange for another item?
We are not able to offer exchanges, please return your item as detailed above for a refund and place an order for the new item.
Exclusions
For health & hygiene reasons we are not able to provide “change of mind” refunds on any of the below items unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging and, if the item has a hygiene or security seal, with that seal unbroken
