However you commute, the Survey backpack carries your workday essentials. This survey backpack is made from recycled EcoSystem materials. It has stylish magnetic fastened straps and metal pin buckles, allowing quick and easy access to the main compartment.

Free Next Working Day Delivery

Standard delivery is for delivery the next working day.

All orders placed and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched that day.

All delivery methods are fully tracked.

Items are sent with DPD, Parcel Force or Royal Mail 

Highlands and islands may take an additional day

Extreme weather and other unseen circumstances may cause delivery delays - when possible we will provide updates either through the email address on your order or on this page.

Due to changes in the law regarding shipping to Northern Ireland we are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland at this time.

We offer our best possible price year round so you don't have to wait for the sales!

If we sell it cheaper over Black Friday we will refund you the difference!

2. Check www.aspenofhereford.com over the Black Friday weekend (6pm Thursday 27th November to Midnight Tuesday 2nd December 2025)

3. Take a screen shot if the price is lower

4. Send the screen shot over with your original order number (found in your order emails) to hello@aspenofhereford.co.uk

5. We sort out your refund for the difference!

Extended Christmas Returns

Any order placed on our website between 29th October 2025 and December 31st 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2025* or 60 days from the date of delivery, which ever  is later.

Orders can be placed to an address other than the billing address and all orders are sent without any pricing information inside.
