Where is my order? I do not seem to have received my purchase yet?
Firstly have you had a confirmation email from us that your item has been dispatched?
If no: Please check your email and your spam box to see if you have had any communication from us, if not please call us on 01568 610 944 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If yes: If the item was small and sent by Royal Mail, please check with your local sorting office to see if your parcel is being held there if it would not fit through the letterbox. If it was not at the post office please give us a call on 01568 610 944 or email email@example.com
If the item is large or high value and has been sent by DPD Local:
On the morning of delivery around 8:30am you will receive an email and/or text message with a one hour delivery window as well as further delivery options (safe place, deliver to neighbor & click & collect)
If you missed the delivery for some reason the driver will have left a failed delivery card or DPD Local will email you with instructions for how to arrange a new delivery day or to collect the parcel from the depot.
If you can not find the card please call us on 01568 610 944 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look at your tracking for you and see where your parcel is.
I do not seem to have recieved my confirmation email for my order?
This normally means your email has been caught by your spam filter, if you you check in your spam folder you should be able to locate your confirmation email. Most email systems will allow you to add us to a safe sender list which will mean you should not miss any furture emails from us.
