I purchased both a patterned and a black version of the Healthy Back Bag large baglett - one for me and one as a gift, which was replacing a beloved older version bought in the US 16 years ago (and whilst still going, looking rather well-used). The gift was a huge success, and I have enjoyed using my new bag too. It's surprisingly spacious for what appears to be a small and inconspicuous bag, and the pockets inside and out are very versatile. I'm not sure I would find it comfortable to wear round my waist, as the label suggests you can, but that's because I tend to have a bottle of water in it and the weight then feels precarious.
The videos provided by Aspen of Hereford were really helpful for selecting both the correct size and textile option. As I was attempting to replace a bag as a gift without giving away the surprise, these videos helped me feel confident I was choosing the right version.
Delivery was exceptionally quick and overall I thought the website, descriptions, videos, order placement and delivery were all superb.
