Year 1: Victorinox Total Protection Programme

During the first twelve (12) months of ownership, your product is covered by the Victorinox Total Protection Programme.
-  This includes manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, airline handling and transit damage.
-  This excludes abuse, cosmetic damage (scratches on leather or on polycarbonate or stained fabrics), incidental/ consequential damage (such as damage to or loss of content of the bag, loss of use, loss of time), abrasion, solvents and accidents.
-  Note that the electronic device/function integrated in your travel product is not covered by this warranty.

The Total Protection Programme covers the repair expenses, shipping costs to and from the repair centre or a replacement product (identical or equivalent value) if your product is beyond repair. Warranty repairs must be carried out at an approved Victorinox service centre.

Years 2 to 11: Victorinox Quality Warranty Programme
From the beginning of the second until the end of the eleventh year of ownership, your product is covered by the Victorinox Quality Warranty Programme.

-  This includes manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear with the exceptions of seams, stitching, fabric and zip tape.
-  This excludes abuse, cosmetic damage (scratches on leather or on polycarbonate or stained fabrics), incidental/ consequential damage (such as a damage to or loss of content of the bag, loss of use, loss of time), abrasion, solvents, accidents, airline handling and transit damage.
-  Note that the electronic device/function integrated in your travel product is not covered by this warranty.

The Quality Warranty Programme covers:
-  The repair expenses or a replacement product (identical or equivalent value) if your product is beyond repair.

-  The shipping cost from the repair centre.

You are required to either ship your product to us for repair, postage paid, or take it to a Victorinox store or a Victorinox authorised retailer. If it turns out that the repair of your bag is not covered by the warranty, your service centre will contact you with an estimate including repair fees and return shipping costs.
Warranty repairs must be carried out at an approved Victorinox service centre.

After 11 years
If your product is no longer within the warranty period, we offer a high-quality service at a reasonable price. If your product is “beyond repair”, we will suggest alternative options. Please contact your local service centre. We will be happy to explain our different product maintenance services and how to ship your product.

Proof of purchase
Note: Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase, as you will need it to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorised Victorinox store or retailer.

The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase. Any repairs carried out will restore the intended functionality. While repairs will be carried out professionally, we cannot guarantee the preservation of the original appearance.
This warranty gives you certain rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state or between different European countries. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Standard delivery can take up to 3 working days

Normally all orders placed and paid for by 2pm Monday to Friday (excl Bank Holidays) are dispatched that day.

Next Working Day Delivery - £4.99

If placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), your order will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery

Northern Ireland, highlands and islands may take an additional day

Any order placed on our website between 1st October 2020 and December 31st 2020 can be returned untill 31st January 2021*

If we sell it cheaper over Black Friday we will refund you the difference!

3. Take a screen shot if the price is lower
4. Send the screen shot over with your original 5 digit order number (found in your order emails) to hello@aspenofhereford.co.uk
5. We sort out your refund!

Terms & Conditions

  • The Aspen Of Hereford Ltd Black Friday Price Promise is available only in respect of orders made between 6.00am 16th November and Midnight 1st December 2020.
  • For the purpose of our Black Friday Price Promise, Black Friday Weekend shall be defined as 6pm Thursday 26th November to Midnight Tuesday 1st December 2020.
  • In order to claim on the Black Friday Price Promise (a “Black Friday Price Promise Claim”), you must contact Aspen Of Hereford Ltd via email (hello@aspenofhereford.co.uk) detailing the product purchased and your original order number and a screen shot of the lower price within 14 days of the end of Black Friday Weekend.
  • Your order must have been completed and paid in full to be eligible.
  • If a successful claim is made, all refunds shall be remunerated onto the payment method used to make the purchase
  • The ‘price difference’ shall be calculated as the full price paid for the ‘product’ minus the ‘product’ price during Black Friday Weekend.
  • To be eligible to apply, any products must have been purchased from www.aspenofhereford.com and the price difference will only be calculated on the same product for sale on www.aspenofhereford.com
  • ‘Black Friday Price Promise Claims’ must be submitted within 14 days Black Friday Weekend (defined above).
  • These Aspen Of Hereford Ltd Black Friday Price Promise Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • We will aim to process Black Friday Price Promise Claims within five working days of receipt.
  • Aspen Of Hereford Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Black Friday Price Promise at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these Black Friday Price Promise Terms at any time.
